they provide wrong invoice and wont pay you back the cost it creates afterwards. I had mandy problems at my country's customs and they didn't compansate anything. I made few orders around 2000 dollars from them and I got a terrible behavior

(1) It is true that there was a problem with our freight forwarder's customs declaration, the customer's retroactive tariff she thought was a penalty and asked us to make a payout of up to $1,000, our freight forwarder calculated that according to the original price of the customer's order, this could be the tariff she needed to pay.
(2) We didn't fail to refund the customer in a timely manner, as we were really delayed during spring break, and we have been dealing with these matters when we returned to work. Because the customer received products that didn't belong to her (from another customer of ours), we needed her to count the quantity so that we could explain it to the other customer. She didn't do so until March 10th and we made the refund on March 11th, so there was no intentional delay on our part.
We apologize for the situation that arose, it did cause problems for both of us to work together and we were not as irresponsible as the customer claimed we were as a servicer
